Inspiration at every turn in the hills of Lake Pudasjärvi
Nestled in the middle of Finland's most southern chain of hills, the Syöte Youth Centre offers its visitors fabulous vistas. Peat moss marshlands, tranquil hidden ponds, and rivers and rushing brooks running through the trees beg to be fished and explored. Camp activities focus on outdoor exercise, nature and creative enterprises.
The Syöte Youth Centre also operates a secondary location on Hailuoto, an island off the City of Oulu. The Centre is located on a ridge of the island that allows visitors to admire the sparkling sea and the wind-shaped sand dunes of the encircling Bothnian Bay.
